Quantum Shield is a quantum-hardened network endpoint that meets the highest standards of security, compliance, and efficiency in managing network traffic. Working as a drop-in TLS terminator with load-balancing capability, Quantum Shield enables conventional network infrastructure - using traditional encryption - to be protected using the latest quantum cryptographic standards.
Quantum-Safe By Default, Secure by Design
Quantum Shield builds Post Quantum Cryptography (PQC) security into the TLS layer of network traffic when a user connects to a website or service. This instantly creates quantum resilience and provides heightened data security. Built to be dynamic, should a connection not support the use of PQC algorithms, Quantum Shield can be configured to shift back to classical encryption in order to maintain backward compatibility to various connection types. It is deployed through standard cloud providers, enabling its users to stay up to date with minimal time and resource allocation.
CryPto-Agile PQC Resilience
The advent of a cryptographically relevant quantum computer brings with it the ability to break most forms of modern encryption used today. Quantum Shield adds a foundational component of future-proofing and quantum resilience to digital environments by incorporating NIST-draft approved PQC algorithms designed to withstand a quantum computing attack.
