"The cyber domain has become as much a military battlespace as the air, land, and seas - and winning here has become just as strategically important for Canada and its allies. At the same time, the cyber domain is an extremely dynamic battlespace, due to advances in the technology and aggressor software that shape it. Those ‘forces’ are constantly on the move and unlike tanks, jets, or ships, what worked in the cyber defence sphere six months ago may no longer be effective today.
